Perspective

Our perspective is to change architecture, support sustainable energy production, protect and secure people and improve living conditions.

Recycled HPC concrete

We are testing various recycling materials as admixtures for our HPC or UHPC binder. In the laboratory, very good results have been shown in terms of strength and workability compared to other mixtures with standard concrete. In some cases, compressive strengths of over 100 MPa were achieved without any problems. Now it's time for the practical tests outside our UHPC laboratories.

Desert sand HPC concrete

We developed the first desert sand UHPC binders more than five years ago. The mixtures consisted of a UHPC binder plus natural desert sand from the Sahara and the Arabian desert plus water. The processing as castable concrete was enormously better than with standard concrete and the compressive strength values were on average over 80 MPa.
Now it's time to go out into the world, more precisely to some Arabian states, for practical application tests under special conditions.

UHPC for Floating City

We have modified one of our offshore UHPC binders so that it is technically and commercially much better and cheaper than standard concrete and steel. Next year, the first proctic tests will be carried out in Asia.

Reduction of cement in concrete

It has been shown in our UHPC laboratories that we are able to drastically reduce the cement content in a standard concrete by using a binder developed by us. Mass production should be possible next year.

Underwater habitats

For underwater habitat constructions, we have developed several UHPC binder systems that guarantee high compressive strength, absolute saltwater resistance and watertightness. Deep-sea tests that we have carried out in the past with a university will be repeated next year with much better UHPC versions.

OilWell Concentrate

We have successfully developed and responded to several requests from offshore companies for a UHPC concentrate with which local cements can be converted to oilwell cement this year. For this purpose, we have tested a wide variety of local cements. Tests under real conditions are still pending.

Military Dia Concentrate

Due to the current situation, we have been tasked with further improving our combat concrete versions. The aim is to improve impact resistance, simplify processing and make it possible to use our concentrates.

Establishment of worldwide HPC / UHPC production centres

Due to the increased deliveries to South America and Asia, we are in talks with our local partners about local HPC production. For this purpose, our UHPC laboratories are currently testing the qualities of local raw materials. We are planning to build a production test plant in Asia at the end of next year.
