Process

In our Danish and German UHPC laboratory and workshops we develop new HPC and UHPC binder systems from the laboratory product to the final product based on our three decades of experience. New raw materials are constantly tested for their suitability for our binder systems. Another task is the flexible adaptation of our binder systems to customer requirements and local environmental demands. After extensive material tests in the laboratory, our binder systems are tested again by neutral material laboratories. Our laboratories are also responsible for permanent raw material and end product monitoring. In our workshops, the HPC or UHPC binder systems are tested with various sustainable aggregates. The workability is also tested. Our laboratory philosophy is: For us, anything is possible until proven otherwise.

We produce a part of our HPC and UHPC products in Denmark and a part in Germany, which allows us the greatest possible flexibility in production and dispatch.
Through optimal and therefore sustainable raw material logistics, we can produce just in time and require very little storage.

Even when we designing HPC and UHPC binders, our aim is always to use raw materials that are as environmentally fiendly, recyclable, reuseable and energy efficient as possible in production.
